the trial period allowed us to judge uptake over time, the development – or otherwise – of interest in the concept, locally, and to gauge the viability of the city events niche

the trial’s intent was to cover the city’s events in advance, focusing specifically on the tourist and visitor market to the city’s World Heritage area, which also hosts the majority of the George Town Festival program, an international arts festival spanning the month of August
